Palm Lifts

Target Muscles:  Mid to lower trapezius muscles, located in the middle of the back.

 Action Desired:  The exercise is designed to stimulate the medial scapular stabilizers.  This means controlling the shoulder blade with arm motions.

Exercise Movements:  Lower your shoulder blades and pull them towards midline.  With the shoulder blades locked in this position lift your palms to about buttock level and then lower with a continuous motion.

 Repetitions:  10

Times per day: 1-3 times a day
